BIO

Rahshib Thomas is a Leadership Minister, Human Resources Professional and Author

Rahshib is the Leadership Minister (Principal Consultant) of RT Consulting, where he supports his clients in the areas of career coaching, professional development, strategy and branding. Rahshib's expertise derives from several years in high volume real estate and hospitality companies, specializing in labor relations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.  

The Network Journal (TNJ, http://www.tnj.com), announces the winners of its 2013 "40 Under Forty" Achievement Awards. 

Throughout the years, he has partnered with the influential and impactful civil rights organization, the National Urban League, where he honed his acumen in community advocacy, non-profit management, volunteer management and fundraising. He was fortunate to hold local and national leadership positions as well.

Rahshib is an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church and leads his ministry through social media and his company. He is also studying and teaching 'A Course In Miracles' and coaches in the areas of Human Potential Training to support learners experiencing love, impact and connection in all areas of their life.  

Rahshib holds a degree in Mass Communications from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and certification as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resources Management.  He is an avid reader and enjoys television shows such as, Game of Thrones, most things on Netflix and he likes anything Star Trek. One of his favorite movies is “Paradise Road.”  Rahshib also enjoys a wide range of music.   He loves creole cuisine, especially his sister’s gumbo!
